What are the risks of being obese?

Answer:
Increases the risk of suffering from serious illnesses such as heart attack, high blood pressure, stroke, diabetes mellitus and cancer.

If we are underweight, will we be free of health issues? Justify your answer.

Answer:
No. Being underweight also increases the risk of acquiring health problems such as heart diseases, decrease in the body’s defence against diseases, fatigue, anaemia and depression.
